Saving for non-Apple computers:    

Movie Converter includes an option for saving a movie in a file format that can be played on computers other than the Macintosh.

To use this option, select “Playable on non-Apple computers” in the Save As dialog box.

The movie can still be played on a Macintosh after you save it in this manner.
